This hymn uses the ancient tune of "Humbly We Adore Thee" and focusses on the convocation of God's people for worship, born in baptism, formed by the Holy Eucharist. It implores the Lord for His Holy Spirit, through His Flesh, as Mary implored Jesus at Cana. The music has a reverent attitude.
